There are 2 types of stretching sessions: 25 minutes - This session focuses on major muscle groups to relieve tension and stiffness right where you need it most. It's ideal when you don't have time for a full-body stretch but are looking for effective muscle relief. 50 minutes - This session is a deep, comprehensive full-body stretch that targets all major muscle groups and extremities. It's great for improving your range of motion and flexibility, as well as loosening tight muscles and easing stiff joints.
